Modeselekt

Modeselekt is an engineering firm that is built at the confluence of engineering, technology, and design. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. They also list Cyber Security, Developer Platform and Software Engineering, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Modeselekt is based in Los Angeles, California. Their site is modeselekt.com.

Our checklist for this category: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Modeselekt, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
