Modern Recruiting

Modern Recruiting is a software firm that develops software for recruiting agencies. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Related areas on their profile: Recruiting. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Modern Recruiting is based in San Francisco, California and around since 2022. More on modernrecruiting.ai.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
