Mobius Communications

Mobius Communications provides advanced broadband connection technology. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Media and Entertainment and Telecommunications. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Mobius Communications is based in Hemingford, Nebraska and founded in 1995. Their site is bbc.net.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Mobius Communications, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
