MJ Technical Solutions

MJ Technical Solutions is an aviation technology company that offers IT, program management, and air traffic services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Aerospace and Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

MJ Technical Solutions is based in Bedford, New Hampshire and founded in 2005. Their site is mjtsolns.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
