Mitech

Mitech is a IT company that offers IT platforms, cloud computing, and cyber security solutions. In practice that means handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

The natural audience is IT departments. They also list Cloud Computing, Cloud Data Services, Cloud Security, Cyber Security and IT Infrastructure, so expect those to show up in the feature set.

Mitech is based in San Francisco, California. Their site is neuronsquare.com.

Things worth asking about: self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Mitech, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
