Mirata Software

Mirata Software is a digital software agency that specializes in SAP cloud, workflow efficiency & data integration. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Cloud Data Services and Database. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Mirata Software is based in Chicago, Illinois. More on miratasoft.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Mirata Software well, your review carries weight here.
