Mintex Tech

Mintex Tech provides IT staffing solutions and has expertise in business intelligence, mobile application, web services and cloud migration. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Business Development, Cloud Management, Management Consulting, Professional Services and Staffing Agency. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Mintex Tech is based in Edison, New Jersey and around since 2003. More on mintextech.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
