Minoca

Minoca OS is an open source, general purpose operating system written from scratch. I. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Minoca is based in Menlo Park, California. You can read more at minocacorp.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Nobody has reviewed Minoca on Revaw yet. If you use it, your rating goes first, and it takes about twenty seconds.
