Mindwave Solutions

Mindwave Solutions is an information technology consulting company. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Mindwave Solutions is based in South Plainfield, New Jersey and founded in 2012. More on mindwavesolutions.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Mindwave Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
