Mindful Suite

Here is Mindful Suite in plain terms. A mobile/web software suite that let users managed all aspect of their lives: goals, habits, todos, journals, emotions, and meditations. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Mindful Suite is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. You can read more at mindfulsuite.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
