Mind The Bridge

Mind the Bridge is a global open innovation platform that supports economies through entrepreneurship and innovation. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Innovation Management, Podcast and Professional Services. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Mind The Bridge is based in San Francisco, California. More on mindthebridge.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Mind The Bridge, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
