MIME

The leading customer data platform and personalization engine for the cosmetics and beauty industries. That is the short version of MIME. Put simply, it is about ringing up sales in person and syncing them with inventory.

It makes the most sense for shops, restaurants and pop-ups. They also list Beauty, Personalization and Retail Technology, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
