Milestone Technologies

Milestone Technologies, Inc. is a leading supplier of technology products and support services. From the desktop to the data center. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Application Performance Management and Consumer Electronics, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a large team, 1,001 to 5,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.

Milestone Technologies is based in Fremont, California and founded in 1997. Their site is milestonepowered.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Milestone Technologies well, your review carries weight here.
