Mikegyver

Mikegyver renders energy-efficient DC powered solutions for laptops, Macbooks, Apple TVs and tablets. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consumer Electronics and Energy Efficiency. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Mikegyver is based in Altamonte Springs, Florida and founded in 2002. You can read more at mikegyver.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
