Micro Visions

Micro Visions has worked alongside small and mid-sized business owners, around the globe to provide reliable managed IT services. Put simply, it is about assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. They also list Consulting, IT Management, Network Security and Project Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Micro Visions is based in Grand Rapids, Michigan and founded in 1987. You can read more at microvisionsinc.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
