Michaels, Ross & Cole

Michaels, Ross & Cole provides development software, consulting, and training. Put simply, it is about delivering courses and tracking who completed what.

The natural audience is HR, training teams and educators. They also list Business Intelligence, Consulting, Training and Web Development, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Michaels, Ross & Cole is based in Oak Brook, Illinois. Their site is mrc-productivity.com.
