MI Softech

MI Softech Inc. offers IT services and software development, focusing on digital transformation for small businesses. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Business Intelligence, Information Services, Infrastructure and Software Engineering. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

MI Softech is based in Collierville, Tennessee. Their site is misoftech.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with MI Softech, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
