MetroCIS provides SAP-based quote-to-cash solutions, including billing implementation, support, and customizations for diverse industries. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and Professional Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.
