Metricsoft

Metricsoft offers data migration services, web-based training, ERP integration assistance, and application development services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Professional Services, Service Industry and Technical Support.

Metricsoft is based in Southfield, Michigan. Their site is metricsoftinc.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
