Metatomix

Metatomix is an intelligent, real-time connector of disparate data to better understand business information from multiple data sources. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Information Services and Real Time. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Metatomix is based in Dedham, Massachusetts. You can read more at metatomix.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used Metatomix? Rate it.
