Mercom

Mercom is an IT recruiting company that offers database design, software development, and staffing solutions. Put simply, it is about posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

It makes the most sense for recruiters and hiring managers. They also list Database, Recruiting and Staffing Agency, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Mercom is based in Hillsborough, New Jersey. More on mercominc.com.

Things worth asking about: job board syndication, interview scheduling, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
