MentisSoft

We empower schools, nonprofits and businesses with intuitive solutions that streamline finances and drive impact. That is the short version of MentisSoft. The job it does: solving a specific business problem with software.

It makes the most sense for teams in its space. They also list Education and Product Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

MentisSoft is based in Edison, New Jersey. Their site is mentissoft.com.

Before you commit, look at pricing, support, and how it fits with the tools you already use. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
