Menlo Innovations

Menlo Innovations is a computer software company providing custom software development services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consumer Electronics and Robotics. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Menlo Innovations is based in Ann Arbor, Michigan and around since 2001. Their site is menloinnovations.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
