MembersFirst

MembersFirst is an award winning digital agency & software provider. In practice that means designing and building websites and web apps.

It makes the most sense for companies that need a site that works and ranks. Alongside the main category they mention SEO and Web Design. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

MembersFirst is based in Wayland, Massachusetts. More on membersfirst.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio, CMS choice, and who maintains it afterwards. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with MembersFirst, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
