MEGAWARE INC

Megaware is a Software Products and Services firm with a focus on delivering technology solutions to the Pharmaceutical & other markets. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention IT Management. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

MEGAWARE INC is based in Westborough, Massachusetts. You can read more at megawareinc.com.
