Mediate

Mediate develops AR, computer vision, and accessibility apps, offering tools for scanning, navigation, and spatial interaction. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Artificial Intelligence (AI), Assistive Technology, Mobile Apps and Software Engineering, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Mediate is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. You can read more at mediate.tech.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Mediate, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
