Media Systems

Media Systems is an information technology company offering cloud services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention CRM. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Media Systems is based in Schaumburg, Illinois. More on mediaus.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Media Systems, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
