McTech

McTech is a technology consulting company that provides network engineering, software engineering, and modeling services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

McTech is based in Owings Mills, Maryland. Their site is mctech-inc.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with McTech, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
