Mcg

Mcg is an IT company that specializes in internet, telecommunication, digital TV, hosted PBX and advertising services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Advertising and Telecommunications. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Mcg is based in Oskaloosa, Iowa. Their site is mahaska.org.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Mcg well, your review carries weight here.
