McCraw

McCraw is an IT management and software services company that provides network monitoring and management services. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. Related areas on their profile: Network Security and Web Hosting. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

McCraw is based in Piedmont, South Carolina. More on mccrawcorp.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know McCraw well, your review carries weight here.
