Matrix Industries

Matrix Industries is an information technology company that specializes in the manufacturing and distribution of smartwatches. In practice that means solving a specific business problem with software.

It makes the most sense for teams in its space. They also list Hardware and Manufacturing, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Matrix Industries is based in Sunnyvale, California. More on matrixindustries.com.

Things worth asking about: pricing, support, and how it fits with the tools you already use. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Matrix Industries, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
