Matrix Development

Matrix Development offers software, marketing, and consulting services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, Database and Marketing, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Matrix Development is based in Middleton, Wisconsin. More on matrixdevelopment.com.
