Mannacor

Mannacor is a custom application development company specializing in the residential home-building sector. In practice that means leases, rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

Who is it for? Mostly property managers and landlords. Alongside the main category they mention Consumer Software, Real Estate and Residential. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Mannacor is based in Zionsville, Indiana. You can read more at mannacor.com.

Our checklist for this category: online payments, screening, and accounting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
