Managed IT Solutions

Managed IT Solutions is an IT company specialized in cybersecurity, network services, cloud computing, and IT consulting services. Put simply, it is about assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Network Security and VoIP. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Managed IT Solutions is based in Raleigh, North Carolina. Their site is managedits.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
