Maelstrom Solutions

Maelstrom Solutions is a software development company that offers embedded systems, project management, and training services. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Embedded Systems, Project Management, Software Engineering and Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Maelstrom Solutions is based in Putnam Valley, New York and around since 1990. More on maelstromsol.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
