Macrosmith

Macrosmith offers electronic management software and software-as-a-service solutions for the auto dealership. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Document Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Macrosmith is based in State College, Pennsylvania and founded in 2007. More on macrosmith.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Macrosmith well, your review carries weight here.
