Machine Xpert

MachineXL and its ASPs provide a full range of support services in support of on-line monitoring systems, vibration and technology. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Machine Xpert is based in Lenoir City, Tennessee. More on machinexpert.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Machine Xpert, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
