Machfu

Machfu is the solution for connecting your data at the edge to sensors, controllers, or equipment. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Management Consulting and Telecommunications, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Machfu is based in Germantown, Maryland. Their site is machfu.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Machfu, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
