Lyon Quality Assurance

Here is Lyon Quality Assurance in plain terms. Boutique Software Testing and Quality Consulting Shop. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Lyon Quality Assurance is based in Negaunee, Michigan. You can read more at lyonqualityassurance.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
