Lumina Decision Systems

Lumina Decision Systems develops and disseminates technologies that help individuals and enterprises make decisions. The job it does: building shareable charts and KPI boards.

Who is it for? Mostly teams that report to someone. Alongside the main category they mention Analytics, Big Data and Data Visualization. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Lumina Decision Systems is based in Los Gatos, California. Their site is lumina.com.

Things worth asking about: live data refresh, embedding, and sharing permissions. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Lumina Decision Systems, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
