Lucidia iT

Lucidia iT provides IT solutions that help customers adopt and support advanced technologies in their environments. Put simply, it is about assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. Related areas on their profile: Cyber Security and Data Center. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Lucidia iT is based in Indianapolis, Indiana. You can read more at lucidiait.com.

Our checklist for this category: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
