Lucidchart

Lucidchart is an intelligent diagramming app that creates visuals to understand the teams, information, and processes better decisions. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. As a large company team themselves (1,001 to 5,000 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.

Lucidchart is based in South Jordan, Utah. You can read more at lucidchart.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used Lucidchart? Rate it.
