Lucent Systems

Lucent Systems is a software company offering analytical solutions and customer support. In practice that means running websites, apps and data on servers you do not have to maintain.

Who is it for? Mostly developers and businesses of every size. Related areas on their profile: Analytics, Cloud Computing, Machine Learning and UX Design. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Lucent Systems is based in Irving, Texas. You can read more at lucentsystems.com.

Things worth asking about: pricing predictability, support quality, and migration help. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Lucent Systems, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
