Louisiana IT Solutions

Louisiana IT Solutions offers Managed IT Services, Computer Repair, Network Services, Cyber Security, and Managed Backups. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

Who is it for? Mostly companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Cyber Security, Web Design and Web Hosting. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Louisiana IT Solutions is based in West Monroe, Louisiana and founded in 2017. More on louisianait.solutions.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
