Loops

Loops is a SaaS based company offering automated messages and newsletter services to their clients. Put simply, it is about running campaigns, content and ads for clients who do not have an in-house team.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized businesses. They also list Email and Email Marketing, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
