Overview
Here is Look.io in plain terms. Look IO is a plugin for iPhone, iPad and Android apps that overlays a live chat session with others. Put simply, it is about designing and building iOS and Android apps.
It makes the most sense for businesses launching or rebuilding an app. They also list Mobile and Mobile Apps, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
Look.io is based in Los Angeles, California and founded in 2011. Their site is look.io.
Before you commit, look at portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Look.io well, your review carries weight here.
