LogicMonitor is a hybrid observability platform that provides IT observability and monitoring for cloud-based IT infrastructures. The job it does: handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

It makes the most sense for IT departments. They also list Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps and IT Infrastructure, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a large team, 1,001 to 5,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.
