LOD Communications

LOD Consulting Group has been providing quality UNIX, Linux and Cisco consulting services to small, medium, and enterprise sized businesses. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

LOD Communications is based in Hillsboro, Oregon. Their site is lod.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know LOD Communications well, your review carries weight here.
