Lobbly

Lobbly is a software to manage business incoming calls and texts. The job it does: replacing internal email with channels and direct messages.

It makes the most sense for every team. They also list Messaging and Telecommunications, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.
