Linux Software Labs

Linux Software Labs provides consulting, software design, embedded development, and cloud development services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Cloud Computing, Consulting and Web Hosting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Linux Software Labs is based in Swartz Creek, Michigan. You can read more at linux-software.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Linux Software Labs, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
